How to change default datastore?

Hi *,

is there a way to change the default datastore on windows version of Virtual Serer Beta?  Per default it points to C:\Virtual Machines.  I'd like to move it into the SAN, say X:\VMs.  Changing the settings using the Server Console does not work.
