Conflicting IP Address

I keep running into issues where all my VM's appear to suddenly start receiving the same IP address via DHCP as the host machine. At first I was convinced that it was my fooling around with things that was causing the problem but this is not the case. Last night all my VM's received conflicting IP addresses so I did what I have done before, I uninstall VMWare server and then reinstalled. This time I installed the latest 1.1.0 version instead of the 1.0.0 that I was using. Everything started working fine again and I worked on them several hours last night but when I booted up this morning I am getting the Conflicting IP Address again when I boot any of them. I have searched and found many messages re: similar problems but none that matched mine.

Host:

Turion64 with XP Media Center

Network:

Wireless home network with a linksys router doing DHCP duty

Guests:

Mostly Windows 2k3 server with a single bridged vNIC

I have no ghost NIC's on either the guest or the host

I have tried uninstalling the NIC from the guest and then rebooting to reinstall and still got the same problem

I have tried removing the NIC from the Virtual Machine and then re-adding with no luck either.

any ideas anybody?
