Creating a .vmc file

I am currently running the latest version of VMware Server (1.0.1 build-29996) and I need to share the virtual machine I have created with another employee, but I can't. When I try to do an import in his VMware it looks for a .vmc file. I can't find a .vmc file anywhere on my computer. HOW DO I CREATE A .VMC FILE TO SHARE MY CONFIGURATION? I can't seem to figure out how to do this. All i have is a .vmx file. I don't have a folder called Shared Virtual Machines. Can someone help?
