Black Screen on console?

Hello Forum,

i've VMWARE Console installed on my machine (XP Prof), and i get the connection to the server, but i see only a black screen from the virtual machines, but the server reacts on inputs or mouse-moves (makes no sense without control what happens) - this is visible on another console on other machine.

Other users than my Account can see with my machine the virtual machines without problems. The connection is the same.

Where is the problem?
