VMware GSX and Intel PRO/1000 MT problem

I have installed VMware GSX 3.2 in a Dell 6850 with 4 NICs, two Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit (on board) and two Intel PRO/1000 MT. When I create my VMnets using the Broadcoms they work ok, but when I use the Intel PRO/1000 MT, the virtual machine doesn´t see the external world.

Any idea?

Host OS = Windows 2003 Enterprise Server SP1

Guest OS = Windows 2000 Server SP4

VMware GSX 3.2 build 14497
