Hello,

I've run into very interesting problem: vmware-vmx process is running on 100% cpu after copying vm image from dev box to production.

Dev Host: 2 x Xeon, 1GB, Debian 3.1 kernel 2.6.8, vmware server GA

Production Host: 4 x Xeon, 6GB, Debian 3.1 kernel 2.6.16, vmware server GA

Guest OS: Win Nt 4, SP6a.

On dev box this VM works Ok, host cpu usage ~0%. When I copied it over to a production box, it started to run on 99% cpu (although CPU in VM itself is very quit).

The only suspicious line in the vmware.log is:

\~~~

Aug 10 13:16:14: mks| SOCKET 1 new update req with non-empty pending: logical error on server/client?

\~~~

Thanks in advance.
