W2k3 / Network drive: MRxSmb keeps crashing, disconnecting

Hi All,

I have a guest and host both Win server 2003.  The network drive that I share between them keeps crashing out, throwing event id 50, MRxSmb:

"\{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Device\LanmanRedirector. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere."

I tried all the MS KB stuff about OpLocks, etc, but still lose drive connection. FWIW, I have utorrent using the share as storage, which dumps to HD in chunks I think every few mins, about the same time the drive disconnects.
