VMServer Error: Cannot open the disk 'xxxx'...Failed to Lock the file

Hello,

When I tried to startup my VM on VMServer running 1.01 build 29996 I get the following error: Cannot open the disk ' C:\....vdmk' or one of the snapshots it depends on. Reason: Failed to lock the file.

Everything worked just fine until i had to reboot the server last night. Its been working for months no issues.
