Cant Boot From Iso Image

I decided to take and install GSX to a remote server so that my parters could test this on the server that we would be running it from. I took and created an .iso image from Roxio of Winxp Pro. I uploaded the .iso image to the Server, changed the settings to reflect the .iso image and then changed the boot order in the bios to have it boot from the cd-rom. No matter what I try I get the error that No bootable Floppy, Cd or hard disk was detected....I logged into the server and checked the permissions on the .iso file and it was set to 644, I even changed it to 755 but no luck. The server is running Fedora core 3, with dual xeon 3.2 ghz cpu's. Another question, how many virtual pc's can I have running on one server at a time without degraded performance? What is the recommended memory allotment per user and how much should I have on the server?

Thanks for your help

Jim
