small problem with quick switch is that when it is selected, you do not get the minimise, maximise and close on the right hand side of the screen (when your mouse moves to the top of the screen). You only have two options either disable quick switch or select file and exit, Vmware workstation of quick switch is slicker.
Is this deliberate, or an oversight?
