Questions about Win2k3 RRAS L2TP VPN as guest

Hello--sorry about all the acronyms in the subject.

I'm curious about running Windows Server 2003 RRAS inside a VMWare guest, and I'd like to know feasiblity of doing this.  Currently I'm using a physical box to do RRAS using L2TP. The external nic has IPSEC acceleration (it's an Intel Pro100/S).  If I were to implement this setup as a guest, how would I address the issue of having the physical NIC on the host doing accelerated IPSEC while the guest bridging to it? Would it work, or would I give up on trying to use that card and not bother? Are any others out there experimenting with RRAS as a guest for VPN clients or site-to-site VPN (I do both in production).
