.vmx config file continue to corrupt

Host is Linux RHL 3 Ent.

Guest is Windows 2003 Server.

There are two VMs in the host.

2 Guest with 384Mb each.

The host have 1Gb RAM.

Every night the guest is suspended and the host makes backup of all vm files.

The problem is only and every one vm.

From some days, when the vm resume the vm config is corrupted.

The vm config show me only Memory and NIC.

After if I add the disk and other peripherals then all works fine.

I tried to recreate .vmx file and to format the host disk but the problem persist.

Any suggestion?
