VMWare server causing Interrupt loss...constantly

I am running VMWare server on Debian Etch, with kernel 2.6.16-2-686-smp on a Dell PowerEdge 830 Pentium D 2.8GHz.  The server itself runs fine, and I seem to be having no issues with it.  However, this message:

kernel: rtc: lost some interrupts at 512Hz.

is being generated and printed to the console as fast as the console will print.  The syslogs show this:

kernel: rtc: lost some interrupts at 512Hz.

And as soon as I shut down VMWare Server, it goes away, so it is something to do with VMWare server, or one of it's modules.

While it does not seem to be affecting system performance in any way, it is a bit worrisome, and it does render the console useless. (I've since adjusted syslog.conf)

Anyone have any ideas?
