Cannot connect virtual device floppy0

Brand newbie on the VM products and I have what's probably an easy question but after RTFM, I'm stumped.

I've got a Dell PowerEdge 1855 Blade w/Win2k Server SP4 installed as the host. I have a floppy drive connected to the USB dongle off the front.

I created my first VM (Win2k Server), and I gave it a floppy device (Use physical drive: Auto Detect). I'm trying to boot the guest OS to the floppy, and load a Ghost image, but it will not recognize the floppy, and it returns the above error.

I assume it's because the floppy is loading as usb0(or 1, or whatever) instead of floppy0, but I don't know how to get the device recognized.

Any help?
