unable to remove snapshot and problem with client

Hi, now I have a big problem...:-(

Situatione

GSX Server installed from September 2004 on a Linux host with Red Hat 8.0

I have 3 virtual machines configured on host, one of them are a Windows 2000 server with SNA.

the problems are:

1 - I have a snapshot saved on the 09/29/04, I want to remove that snapshot but....when i click on remove snapshot the system tell me "Error Not Implemented"....:-()...now I have honly 4.6GB of free spage, the REDO files grow slowly but the "end of the disk" is "around the corner"....:-(

2 - In RANDOM situations, on RANDOM machines the VmWare client of that Virtulmachine, ONLY THAT VIRTUALMACHINES, became black and I can't do NOTHING, then Virtual Machine don't stop. run correctly but i can't intercat with it.
