Sharing a virtual disk file between VM guests

Hi,

I am using vmware server 1.0.1.  i am using redhat linux4 for both vmhost and vmguest. i want to share one virtual disk file between two vmguest.

i created a virtual disk on first vmguest and i add that disk on second vmguest by choosing (use existing disk option) . i am unable to boot the second guest .

please help me how to share virtual disk between two vm guest.
