Cannot start VM when set to run as Local System Account or specific user.

I'm running GSX 3.1 Server on a Windows 2003 Server Host and Windows 2003 Server Guest machines.  Everything works fine as long as I select "User that powers on the virtual machine" under startup/shutdown option.  Once I select "Local System Account" or enter specific user information, the VM no longer runs.  Below is information from two of the log files produced.  Has anyone run into this before or does anyone have any suggestions?
