Brooktrout PCI Fax modem card

Host OS is Windows Server 2003

Virtual Server of is Windows Server 2003

I installed the pci card and turn on computer.  The host OS finds card, installs drivers and works great.

The virtual server does not see it.  I tried to tell it that is was installed, but it still can not find it.

In the VM server properties, I do not see a way to add it as a device to the server.

Any ideas?
