VMWare and Terminal Services Issues

I have VMWare Server 1.0.1, Host is Win XP Pro SP2, Guest is Win Server 2003 SP1. I start the VMWare guest, and terminal service into that guest OS. Terminal Services gives a lot more responsive UI than the VMWare UI.

When I set the guest up as NAT networking, I can Terminal service into the guest, and access its shares.

But when I set it to Bridged mode, I can ping it, but cannot access the shares or Temonal service into it.

I have the same userid and password set up on both guest and host. The guest is the same, except ANT or bridged.

Any ideas?
