fedora network configuration

I'm having problems getting Fedora (guest OS) to retrieve an automatic IP from the DHCP on NAT.

This is the IP config for VMWare NAT on XP (host OS)...

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 4:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :

        Description . . . . . . . . . . . : VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter (Network Address Translation (NAT) for VMnet8)

        Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes

        Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes

        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.191.1

        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0

        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :

        DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.191.254

        Primary WINS Server . . . . . . . : 192.168.191.2

So I tried using both '192.168.191.1' and '192.168.191.254' as the DHCP at seperate times, but they both give this error message...

'Determining IP information for eth0... failed; no link present. Check cable?'

So I tried manually setting the IP's (192.168.191.*), however that only allows me to access the running servers on the host OS, and can't get online.

Another thing is that when I run Debian on VMWare, I never had to configure the DHCP, I'm assigned the IP automatically, and can sucessfully get online. So what's with Fedora?

Is there a VMWare network driver I'm not aware of?

Thanks in advance.
