VMWare Console on Windows XP

Hi,,

I Installed VMWare Console on my Windows XP machine with Service Pack2.Installation went fine but when I try to launch the console I get the error

Unable to Create VmdbUtil object.Class not registered.Reinstalling VMWare Console may help/I tried to reinstall ,repair.But I still cant get it to work.

Please HElp
