Which ports to open on a firewall for GSX Server

I'm currently running GSX Server 3.2 on a Red Hat ES 4 host.  My Red Hat host currently has a firewall configured and I would like to know which ports I need to open up for remote console into GSX Server.

I've added the following ports for traffic on the Red Hat box for the virtual console and management interface:

902:tcp, 8222:tcp, 8223:tcp

Remote connection using Virtual Console on port 902 works fine but I cannot access the Management interface via the web.   If I disable the firewall then the Management Interface pulls up just fine via the web but not if I use the firewall with open ports.  Are there additional ports I need to open to get Management Interface working?
