I have installed VMWare Server Beta VMware-server-e.x.p-22874.i386 on CentOS 4.3 and the vmware-serverd process is not starting.
I have ensured SELinux is disabled.
\[root@hsd-prod-as01 ~]# service vmware status

VMServerd Panic: The previous instance of serverd (4564) crashed, please file a bug. The default log file is /var/log/vmware/vmware-ccagent.log. To continue, delete the following file: '/var/run/vmware/vmware-serverd.PID'
Anyone managed to get this going on CentOS 4.3 ?
