How to simulate Windows VPN

I'm new to VMWARE, and I've setup a Windows SBS 2003 Server, made it a DC and then added a WinXP client and joined it to the domain.

     What I'd like to simulate is a Windows VPN connection on another WinXP machine into the 2003 Server.  I'd like for the 2nd XP machine to appear to the 2003 Server as a machine that is connecting across the internet.

      The server has RRAS on it, 2 NIC's (obviously), and the WAN NIC is bridged to the host NIC.

      How do I set up the 2nd WinXP machine so it'll simulate a worker

who is at home and wants to connect into the "office" network using

Windows VPN?
