Nero 7 DVD Burning W2k client problem

$

I am running Ubuntu edgy 6.10 with Nero linux as host and able to burn dvd using a LG dual layer dvd writer (model GSA-4160B).

When I attempt to burn dvd using Windows 2000 Pro VMware client I get errors  (see output below)

The DVD is an ide drive and I have configured the client as an ide cdrom.

QUESTION: How should the client be configured to properly recognize the DVD writer ?

Output of error from Nero log...
