VM's keep shutting down by themselves?

Hi there,

I've got an issue with a VM (Windows XP) running on VMWare Server (Windows 2k3).

I log into the host macine via remote desktop and start up the XP machine, it's working fine.

If I log off the host machine and close remote desktop, then go back in, open up the VM console the VM has closed down and needs to be started up again.

Can I prevent this from happening, do I need a different version of VMWare to do this?
