I started 24 VMs with VMWare Server on Linux and the 25th VM said "Too many virtual machines"
The load on the system was very low, there was plenty of ram, its basically the same error Workstation gives when making more than 24 VMs. I went as far as making a clean linux system since that one had Workstation at some point and I got the same error, on completely different pieces of hardware with completely different VMs.
So is this a hard coded limit?
