Virtual Network Settings greyed out in VMware Server Console

Hi,

I am using VMware Server v1.0.0 build-28343 on CentOS 4.3. CentOS was installed from the 'server' iso image

When I ran vmware-config.pl I chose to automatically discover network addresses for NAT (vmnet8).

Now I want to change the address that was originally chosen for NAT and when I start VMware Server Console (on a windows client) and choose the Host menu, the selection Virtual Network Settings... is greyed out and cannot be selected.

I have been able to cobble my way into the setup I want by editing

/etc/vmware/vmnet8/nat/nat.conf              and

/etc/vmware/vmnet8/dhcpd/dhcpd.conf

But, is there a way to get the Virtual Network Settings to show up in the VMware Server Console?

Thanks

Don
