I have a problem in GSX 3.2. From within the guest machine, I right click copy a large file that is located on the host machine, I get the error "Cannot copy : The specified name is no longer available."

Does not work for GSX. Is there a fix for this?
Also, the page mentions "large send offload" and to disable it. I can't find that property anywhere.
Agigbit switch is not an option.
And If I switch to "Host-Only" Won't the VM be inacessable to the other "REAL" machines?
I understand why it's doing it, I just want to know if there is a fix for GSX 3.2. The mentioned page above looks like it's only for Workstation.
