need help with vmnet1

Hi,

I am running vmware server 1.0.1 on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS.  I would like to disable dhcp on vmnet1.  It's setup as host only right now but I can't figure out how to disable the vmware dhcp server.  I have an active directory environment with a dns/dhcp server running and I would like to use that instead of the vmware dhcp setup.  I've looked thru the boards and nothing I've come across works.
