VMWare Tools, GUI, (Webmin?) and time sync in Linux

I've aseked this elsewhere, but I really need an answer, so please forgive me for asking it (yet) again.

I have VMWare Server running on Windows XP, I have ONE guest machine - running CactiEZCD (a customised Centos install to monitor networks).

This VM's clock keeps falling behind (a problem inherent in Linux VMs, so I read). So I install VMWare Tools, no problem, run the config script (vmware-config-tools.pl) and it now starts the VMWare tools on boot (so far so good).

Now, in order to synchronise time with the host what needs to be done? Reading between the lines I can see that the "toolbox" needs to be started and a tickbox marked. However this is a server, and has no other need of X windows, so is there a way to configure/use this without[/i] using X?

Or is there another way of doing it, for instance is there a Webmin module?

Help
