How to install Fiber Channel Adapter in Virtual machine?

Folks,

Here is more info about my setup:

Host OS: Windows 2003 R2 with Fiber Channel Adapter

Guest OS: Windows 2003 R2

I would like to know if it is possible to make the fiber channel adapter available to virtual machine and use from there instead of using from host machine.
