Hi there, can someone please offer some light on an issue I am currently having.
I am installing SLES 10 into a VM, and it works well.
I have installed the gcc compilers, and the kernel source so that I can install vmware tools.
The host machine is Windows 2003 server, which i think is a supported host.
Hoever, everytime I try and run the vmware-config-tool.pl I get the error that it cannot find the kernel header files that matches the running kernel.
I have tried running...
\# make cloneconfig
\# make prepare-all
from the kernel src directory, but still does not want to install, or get past the kernel source header files...
Can someone please shed some light on this issue, and a possible work around?
