vmnet-dhcpd gives same ip address twice

I have a problem with vmnet-dhcpd. It gives the same IP address to two concurrent running VMs.

Both have different mac adresses and different uuid's. From /etc/vmware/vmnet8/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases:

lease 172.16.184.137 {

        starts 3 2006/05/10 10:09:32;

        ends 3 2006/05/10 10:09:31;

        hardware ethernet 00:0c:29:d6:43:8f;

        uid 01:00:0c:29:d6:43:8f;

}

lease 172.16.184.137 {

        starts 3 2006/05/10 10:09:40;

        ends 3 2006/05/10 10:09:39;

        hardware ethernet 00:0c:29:6a:ce:80;

}

Is this a bug? I'm running VMware Server e.x.p build-22874.
