Running under "local system account" stops display

Hi all,

we would like to run our VMWare Virtual Machines as the local system account. But when we do, the Console stops showing the Virtual Machine display. Only White blocks appear. Running the Virtual Machine under the account that powers on the VM gives no problem.

What can we do to solve this problem?

Any ideas?
