Can't get ISA Server 2004 to run in VMware

I am having trouble running an ISA Server 2004 in a VMware guest.

On my host (Win2k3 x64), I have two physical NICs - one connects to the WAN (192.x) and the other to the LAN (10.x). The WAN is setup in VMware as VMnet2, and the LAN is setup as VMnet0.

The ISA Server (guest) can ping the WAN router and can ping internal clients, but the guest can't connect to the router's built-in admin web server (192.168.0.1). Also, clients can ping the ISA Server, but can't get through it.

Has anyone else setup ISA Server 2004? I set it up on a non-VMware Win32 host without any problem, and even exported those settings to the VMware guest without any luck.
