Fail to initialize 0xc0000142

I installed the new VMWare Server on W2000 Advanced and successfully configured two virtual servers.  WHen I try to configure a third or fourth, I get this error, fail to initialize 0xc0000142[/b] as soon as I try and start the newly configured virtual machine.
