Using host printer from guest OS

Host Printer Access from Guest

How do I use a printer connected via USB to my host OS (Windows 2003 Server) with a VM on the same machine?  I loaded the proper drivers in my VM and the printer is already shared on the host.  It is reachable by other machines in my network but I can't access the printer from the VM.
