Auto-start VMs on host boot-up (Linux Host, Windows Guests)

Hello, I am trying out VMWare Server Beta running on Linux (Debian Sarge) host. Install went smoothly (I had compilers and kernel-headers available. Fantastic install system BTW, sweet). I connect using a WinXP box using "VMware Virtual Machine Console" and autenticate using the host's root password; I could create and setup a Win2k3 guest, complete with Bridged Networking (host runs DHCP) and everything is working stable. I am very happy with it and would like to thank VMWare for this.

Now here's the question: If I understand correctly the main VMWare process is launched from inetd on the host machine; there are some helper services launched from init.d (vmmon vmnet etc). This is all and well, except that I can't figure out how to 'auto-start' my VM (running Win2k3) in the case of a host machine reboot. I know hosts aren't supposed to reboot often, but it would be handy to not have to fire up WinXP just to get into the VM Console to fire up the guest VM (and later disconnect and leave it running, like I do now).

Is there a way to do that? Thanks a lot for VMWare and for your help and patience.
